Students of Avinashilingam Institute School of Engineering, campus 2 at Pannimadai received appreciation from Dr. Premavathy Vijayan, Vice Chancellor, Avinashilingam Deemed University during the inaugural of symposium ‘ADVAITA 2020’ event.
She praised the meticulous work done by the students in planning the event, especially the entrance decorations and attractive selfie-spots.
Dr. S. Kowsalya, Registrar, felicitated while Dr. S. Maragatham, Dean – School of Engineering, Dr. Annakodi, Co-ordinator of School of Education and Director, Dr. S. Raja, School of Arts and Science (campus 2) congratulated the students for their tireless effort for organizing this intercollegiate symposium.
And the symposium had technical events including poster presentation, paper presentation, brochure design, Coding and Circuit Debugging besides non-technical events include Adzapp, Tik-Tok, Catch the logo, Word Jumble, Technical Quiz, Connections and Photography.
About 200 teams participated in various events held during the whole day and winners received cash prizes.
The fun games that were organized in the open air were Treasure Hunt, Bulb eriyudha (is the bulb on), Dark Photography, Song Dedications, Are You Lucky?, KettuSollu (find it out), Edhuku (For what is this?), Light the Sparkle, Hit It Hard Baby and Fly with Wings. Students participated in these games in large numbers and won many gifts.
