Citizen’s Voice Club To Hold Seminar On Rights of Residents of Flats And Villas

In a bid to create an awareness among the residents and owners of flats and villas about rights and responsibilities, a one day seminar will be held on November 23 (Saturday) at Vivekalaya school premises located opposite to Trichy Road Kannan Departmental Stores.
In the first session, S.Martin, senior counsel from Trichy will present the latest Consumer Protection Act and Right To Information Act amended version and elucidate the advantages of them, followed by the address by Prof Pushpavanam, Senior Consumer Activist and N.V. Kumar, Senior Advocate.
The duo will interact with the participants. Civil Engineers Association Coimbatore will also be part of the seminar.
Residents / Representatives of Associations of Apartments / Gated Community / General Public and welfare organisations (non-political) are requested to participate in this Program (Entry free) and make use of the opportunity.
This is mainly to empower dwellers and enlighten their responsibilities to emphasize their Rights.
Considering the size of the venue, limited number of persons only could be registered for the seminar on ‘first cum first served’ basis.
