The universe is full of energy. It is neither created nor destroyed. It exists in one form or the other. Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.
Thought provoking words, all living beings are source of energy, especially humans as we have the ability to manifest energy in any form we wanted to have it.
Our thought travels in the form of waves. We connect people with an instant vibration. We meet some person frequently for no reasons. This all happens in the form of energy. When we realize our potential source of energy, we become the creator of our own life.
The science and spiritual guru says, you attract anything and everything in this world through proper channelization of energy. We have the option to attract things which are constructive or destructive for us. Our thoughts play an essential role in communicating with the universe; feelings give a life for our thoughts and actions towards our feelings make it happens.
We believe each one of us operate with certain frequencies and vibrations. We may term it as law of attraction, telepathy, chemistry and so on. Eventually transfer of energy happens between both individuals in an unknowingly form. The results are subjective.
As a psychologist we normally say, when people are down with energy we asked them to write down their pains and feelings on the paper. Then asked to tear or burn or flush it off. Immediately they will feel a certain sigh of relief and feel light in their mind. We asked to repeat this exercise till they are completely fine or able to manage their emotions. With this exercise, we transfer the negative energy from mind to paper and created a space for new energy or positive energy. We give many such exercises to transfer negative energy into positive energy.
