Bharathi Park Ladies Association conducted a meeting to salute and honour the brave martyrs of the Pulwama attack on 21, February.
The nation was struck in shock and disbelief when the CRPF convoy was bombed killing 43 of our nation’s Bravehearts. There has been strong condemn across the nation with many mourning and paying respects to the deceased; wishing their family strength to recover from the loss.
Bharathi Park Ladies Association members gathered to pay their respects to the soldiers along with special guests Zonal Sanitary Officer Radhakrishnan who lit the first candle, the Attitude NGO members, Capacities NGO Coimbatore Chief Cellakrishnan, Co-ordinator Roosevelt, Ward 22 Sanitary Officer Ashok and Ramasamy and socially conscious institution Saroj Builders were also part of the event.
The event started off with a Prayer Song and a song dedicated to the soldiers and nation by Sarala and Jothi. President Menaka Vairavan paid homage to the brave soldiers and wished strength to the bereaved family.
Vice President Visa Prakash, Secretary Neetu Parashar, Joint Secretary Archana and Treasurer Keerthi paid their respects.
Lighting of candles and singing the National song in unison marked the condolence meet.
