A thanks giving is important for all organizations and it should extend its gratitude to its employees, said S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson and Managing Trustee of Sri Krishna Institutions. She was addressing the staff members during the New Year celebrations at the college premises when he underlined the need for understanding the employees thru’ family bonding in an organization and added that an institution is not about a single person’s contribution. It’s a joint effort by all.
Commitment to customer is an order of the day, he said adding that being transparent with the stakeholders gives mutual confidence and trust. Earning good name from the stakeholders is difficult task for the industries. Management’s top responsibility is gaining trust from the public.
Pointing out that an organization and its people should learn new things, she said that one has to learn from others and added that updating the present trends in the respective field is a must. Stressing the importance of smart work, she said, “We have to see the best practices of related organizations and also the current happening in the respective fields across the world. Smart work paves best results. Each one has to fix a goal and work towards achieving it. We have to put heart and soul on the commitment.”
Shedding light on positive attitude, she said that it is must for every staff to develop a positive attitude while discharging duty and added that perfection is important for management. Every second is changing and hence have to study and learn from others. And there is a need to the best practices. Moreover, one must be vigil in observing what others do in the same domain. Moreover, health is vital and time must be spared to do yoga to keep fit.
